Once they are loaded into the On Q Cloud, assessments are viewable by owners at anytime.
Each section of the property is categorized and then scored on a simple Pass or Fail scale.
This means that with the click of a button, you are able to view every spot on the assessment that received a Fail score.
Property owners receive three types of assessments free: Move-In, Move-out, and Rent Ready assessments, are all performed but the experienced Field Service Representatives at On Q at each property.
This allows owners to see a detailed snapshot of their properties at every stage of the process.
