Each section of the property is categorized and then scored on a simple Pass or Fail scale.
This means that with the click of a button, you are able to view every spot on the assessment that received a Fail score.

They have never once lied to me, talked down to me, or treated us poorly. I've gone into their office, and their front desk staff is always amazing. Kason, my PM is amazing. Today I had my yearly inspection with Parker. I was extremely hesitant at first due to previous negative experiences with other companies. But Parker quickly proved me wrong. He did the inspection quickly and thoroughly, taking appropriate pictures. Definitely happy with how it went. 5/5 for Parker.
