I own a small number of rental properties, and after ongoing frustrations with my previous property management company, I began searching for a team that truly understood what reliable, attentive service should look like. From my very first interaction with On Q Property Management, the experience has been exceptional. My initial call with Paul Perry set the tone. He was professional, pleasant, and—most importantly—patient. He took the time to listen to my concerns and understand what I needed from a new management partner. That level of care immediately stood out. I’ve now been with On Q for about a month, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire staff. My assigned property manager, Christin Busch, has been outstanding. Every conversation with Christin reflects professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine willingness to help. She consistently addresses my questions and concerns with clarity and follow‑through, which has given me confidence that my properties are finally being managed the right way. Overall, On Q has delivered exactly what I had hoped for: a team that is attentive, capable, and committed to doing things well. I’m extremely pleased with the service so far and look forward to continuing to work with them.
