Denise responded quickly and stayed in communication with me throughout the process, regularly checking in on both me and the status of the work orders. I was impressed by how quickly everything was handled—both issues were resolved within a day. Posted on GoogleNight before last the temperature inside our house began climbing above what the thermostat was set to. So yesterday, as the temperature continued to climb I called the OnQ office and was connected to Denise Etzwiler. She listened to my problem and let me know she would reach out to the owner of the property to address our situation. Last evening a repairman arrived to work on the A/C unit and ended up replacing the condenser fan motor. Everything worked very smoothly and we are once again comfortable inside the house. Many thanks to all involved!
