Fountain Hills Property Management For $75/Month
Let us handle the day-to-day management and enjoy life more!
This is my first time renting out a home. The entire On Q staff have been wonderful to me. They answered all my endless questions & were able to keep me calm during the hunt for a great tenant. They took on a very nervous home owner & bent over backwards to make sure I was completely aware of every step in the process.

I have managed family and partnership property for 25 years myself, hired a number of property management companies, and I have been a CFO of a property management company. Without reservation I can say On Q Property Management is the finest company I've had the pleasure of knowing and hiring.

I lived out of state and was looking for an efficient, accessible property management company to take over managing my AZ rental property. After interviewing a number of companies and reviewing their contracts, I chose to go with On Q Property Management. I liked that On Q Property Management has a good reputation.

As first time landlords we really needed someone to help make the set up and process easier. The staff at On Q are so professional and helpful. They were always quick with responses to any questions. It has been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this company.

The Beautiful Fountain Hills of Arizona
Fountain Hills, Arizona is an attractive city filled with natural landscapes, art, history, and events. The centerpiece of the city is its world-famous fountain, which can elevate water up to 560 feet; that's 10 feet higher than the Notre Dame Cathedral and taller than the Washington Monument. Locals like to gather around the fountain to celebrate the Fourth of July and St. Patrick's Day and watch the spectacular fountain show in emerald green.
Located four miles north of Fountain Hills is the McDowell Mountain Regional Park, home to deer, coyotes, javelina, and various bird species. Here, campers, bikers, and hikers can enjoy the preserve's beautiful ponds, mountain peaks, and valleys.
Fountain Hills visitors can't miss its Tonto National Forest, the fifth largest forest in the US, which locals take to heart. The forest spans across 3 million acres from Phoenix at its southern border and Fort Apache Indian reservations at its east; residents come here for the variety of vegetation, wildlife, and beautiful cactus and pine-filled landscape that's shaped by the Sonoran Desert and the waters that run through it.
Art in Fountain Hills
The art culture in Fountain Hills is noteworthy as well. The city has one of Arizona's largest public art collections, with over 150 pieces of art from flat art to fountains and sculptures, which residents can conveniently enjoy. Town volunteers are also happy to guide guests through its prized artworks, sharing each piece's history and how it was created. Each artwork is a part of Fountain Hills's history. For example, those walking past the city's community center will find "Joy of Music," a sculpture of a cellist, flutist, violinist, and singers in their act; it was donated by Fountain Hills's art founders Jackie and Jerry Miles in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary.
Rich Indigenous History
The Salt River Pima Indian Community, dating back to over 2000 years ago, is a valuable part of Fountain Hill's history and modern community. The Pima and Maricopa tribes once wove water-tight baskets and molded jars and bowls from red clay. People can still view these historical artworks at the local Hoo-hoogam Ki Museum. The early settlers were talented farmers as well. For example, the Pima tribes created complex irrigation systems through the Salt River Valley, which is still in use today. People who live in Fountain Hill treasure and honor the city's rich indigenous history and ancestors who once "could make the desert bloom."
Family-friendly events
Fountain Hills's unique fountain, parks, and events make it an inviting town for families and individuals. Each month, the city holds fun-filled activities like Midsummer Dreamin', a show that's a funny adaptation of Shakespeare's famous work; Paint Your Pet workshop and Woven Gourd Basket workshop at the city's Artists' Gallery; Movie in the Park; Halloween in the Hills; Fountain Festival of Arts and Crafts; and Fountain Hills Music Fest.
