On Q Cares: Helping Residents Stay Housed When It Matters Most

Housing stability changes lives. In 2025, through On Q Cares, we provided $58,089.11 in rental assistance to residents who needed a helping hand. This support helped families stay in their homes during difficult moments and reinforced what we care about most: people.

Whether it’s an unexpected hardship or a temporary setback, On Q Cares is designed to offer practical relief and compassion, because strong communities start with secure housing.

Supporting Inclusion: Best Buddies Carnival Gold Sponsor

We’re also honored to support programs that celebrate inclusion and create joyful experiences for families. On Q Property Management was a Gold Sponsor of the Best Buddies Carnival, a program serving children with special needs. Events like this bring communities together, create lasting memories, and highlight the importance of connection, belonging, and opportunity for every child.

Strengthening Local Communities: Sports Programs, Food Drives, and Clothing Collections

Our community support extends beyond a single event or season. We regularly participate in initiatives that meet everyday needs and bring neighbors together, including:

• Sponsoring youth sports programs in the communities we serve, helping kids build confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits
• Organizing and supporting food drives to help families facing food insecurity
• Collecting clothing for children in need, ensuring kids have essentials that support their comfort and success

Hosting a Blood Drive at Our Gilbert Location

Supporting our community also means contributing to critical, life-saving efforts. We hosted a blood drive at our Gilbert location in partnership with Vitalant. By making it easy for team members and community participants to donate locally, we were able to support patients and hospitals across Arizona through this essential resource.

Partnering with Cultivate Goodness: Cereal Drive for Arizona Families

We also teamed up with Cultivate Goodness, an Arizona-based charity, to help families in need through a cereal drive. Together, we collected boxes of cereal to support households facing food insecurity, an effort that’s especially meaningful because it provides a simple, practical staple many families rely on.

Partnering With Banner Health Foundation: Donating Property Management Services

Supporting our communities also means supporting the organizations caring for people when they need it most. In 2025, we partnered with Banner Health Foundation by donating in-kind property management services, with an estimated total value of $85,944.

This contribution included key services that help maintain safe, well-run housing—such as ongoing management support, leasing coordination, property inspections, and cleaning services for the Home Away From Home properties. By donating our expertise and time, we’re helping support the important work Banner does for patients and families across Arizona.
