With the escalation of the COVID-19 Pandemic, we at On Q Property Management remain committed to everyone’s safety and well-being and are taking additional precautionary measures to protect our valued clients, our team members, and our network of vendors and colleagues. 


We recognize that as a housing provider, we are an essential business and take pride in our responsiveness during this challenging time. On Q has always been a technology-driven company, which means we are uniquely positioned to quickly solve these new problems while still delivering all our services to the highest possible standards. 


In addition, we have implemented the following safeguards and recommendations:


  • The On Q Office is closed to walk-in traffic. Our team is here in the office working hard, but we are limiting who can and can’t enter the building and disinfecting everything throughout the day.
  • All meetings are virtual. We are always available by phone and email, but we’ve added video conferencing for owners and tenants who wish to speak to us in a face-to-face capacity.
  • Limiting personal interaction throughout the office. From our leasing agents to our property managers, inspectors and other office personnel, we are keeping a safe social distance from each other and our customers.
  • We have created new systems and processes that enable Tenants to pick up and drop off their keys via our locker system (which is disinfected throughout the day). 
  • Tenants are strongly encouraged to use the portal to pay rent online, through RentMoney, or via a mail drop, all of which require no in-person interaction. 
  • Our inspectors are operating as remotely as possible. While visiting residents, they wear personal protective equipment including gloves, booties, and masks. Before any inspector or technician goes into a property, we are verifying with the resident who, if anyone, will be present and if there are any health concerns. Every inspector drives an On Q vehicle that is disinfected throughout the day and stocked with hand sanitizer. 
  • For those tenants who are having trouble paying their rent during this crisis, we have provided several resources that are available for them to fulfill their contractual and financial obligations. Our office policies and staff remain committed to collecting rent so the financial hardship does not pass along to the homeowner and their mortgage. We understand millions of people have been affected by this crisis and will always strive to be fair, honest, and dependable.
