Within 48 hours of receiving the 30 day notice: On Q will move the property back to Stage 3 and get the property re-rented as soon as possible
30 days after receiving the 30 day notice: Preform the move-out inspection
30-32 days after receiving the 30 day notice: Schedule any maintenance or cleaning needed
45 days after receiving the 30 day notice: Send a detailed accounting of security deposits to the tenant
