How we find the best tenants for your rental property

Finding good tenants can give you peace of mind knowing that your property will be taken care of, but can be a daunting task. Here at On Q Property Management, we screen any tenant applicants who are over the age of 18. Our 87-point screening process allows us to verify that the information reported in the application is correct.

The screening process involves a member of On Q Property Management completing a past rental history check, receiving a report from past landlords, and verifying employment. The screening process is so detailed, that it will reveal if an applicant has any felonies, sex offender convictions, misdemeanors, or even speeding tickets.

If a tenant breaks their lease or does not perform to the standards agreed upon in the lease, our property managers will contact the tenant to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. If the situation ever escalates and the tenant needs to be evicted, On Q Property Management will immediately send out the correct legal notices. Avoiding any delays during the eviction process means that your home can be vacated and back on the market within 3 weeks.
